Limpkins (aramus guarauna) Pg1, are savvy in extracting the flesh from shells of apple
snails, their prefered food. Here a trophy size snatch is being rushed to hungry chicks.

Notice the spike-like claws that form the rather oversized feet
of the Limpkin. They certainly come in handy.
